An Academy in West London is looking for an energetic Economics Teacher to join their school. The successful Economics Teacher will be able to teach Economics up to KS5 confidently. Ability to teach up to A Level Economics is also desirable. To be considered for this position you must also have experience in MARCO Economics. IMMEDIATE START!

The Academy

The school is a high achieving school which caters for children aged 11 – 18 years. The school has been graded an “outstanding” school in its latest Ofsted report and their results surpass national averages.

The Ideal Economics Teacher

To be considered for this post you will be an inspiring Economics Teacher with excellent knowledge of the Economics curriculum up to KS5. You must have a desire to develop your teaching & be fully involved in helping the Business Studies department achieve excellent results. You will also be expected to have demonstrable experience in the following:

  • Structured Lesson Planning
  • Behavioural & Classroom Management
  • Organisational Skills

The successful Economics Teacher will have:

  • A recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS, BEd. or equivalent)
  • Ability to teach Economics up to KS5
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions.
